美國德州達拉斯警察局總部外發生的槍擊案，警方證實槍手已被狙擊手擊斃，但暫時不知槍手的身份。這起事件中，沒有造成任何傷亡。警方研判是單獨犯案，與恐怖主義無關。
一名男子在當地時間星期六午夜，駕駛防彈廂型車向警察局開槍，大批警員也向汽車開槍攔阻，男子開車逃到一個停車場與警方對峙，期間被狙擊手開槍打中。警方之後出動機械人檢查汽車，發現有土製鋼管炸彈。
當地傳媒報道，槍手不滿早前警方以懷疑是恐怖份子為理由，拘捕他的兒子。
